Does Dewdrops and Vines ship Internationally?

Where does Does Dewdrops and Vines ship from?

We mostly ship from our workshop in Hong Kong, with a small selection from our workshop in Shanghai.

Will I be charged any shipping, customs or duties fees?

No, the price you see is the price you pay – you won’t be charged any extra fees.

How long does it take for my order(s) to arrive?

Processing time from the time you place an order will take around four to six days. Shipping times differ, depending on where you stay. Our stocks come to you directly from their warehouse, and it should take between 15 to 25 working days, depending on the security, customs and processing of each country.

If I order multiple products, will they all arrive together?

We have workshops in different locations, so your orders may arrive separately. We will give you a tracking number individually so you can keep track of all your orders.

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive your tracking information within 4-6 working days, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. If you have any questions, please contact us at pingus@dewdropsandvines.com

What happens if my orders are broken upon delivery?

Dewdrops and Vines is committed to ensuring our customers have a positive experience with us. Should any product be defective, contact us at pingus@dewdropsandvines.com with an image of your broken item and we’ll work on a replacement item for you.

After I placed an order, what if I wish to cancel?

In the event that you need to cancel or change your order, just contact us at pingus@dewdropsandvines.com within 24 hours of your order. Otherwise, we are unable to cancel your order.

If I make a mistake on my address or any personal information after I order, can I change it?

Sure thing! You can just email us at pingus@dewdropsandvines.com and we’ll get that sorted out for you if the order has not been shipped out.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
